I saw my ribcage in the mirror before I took a shower. YAHOO!!!!

It's a great feeling.

What makes you feel great?

What makes me feel great....hmmm

Playing DDR and reading the calorie count meter to find out that you've burned 650 calories (i.e. prolly like a Big Mac and fries, a normal workout probably burns about 200 - 300 calories  )

Then going and looking in the mirror...and seeing your own ribcage before you get in the shower

That too, is a great feeling.

I have to admit, I do like to see my hipbones but I can't right now......gotta slim down a bit again.

ditto.

I used to get a nice surprise too when I could see my abs in all their hot-chiseled glory. Yet now...there seems to be a fairly decent layer of permafat obstructing my view of them  .

I don't run unless I'm being chased with a weapon. But, it sure makes me feel good to see how nice my ass looks in jeans lately. I still need to acquire more than one ab, though....

when i see myself reaching goals alot quicker than normal for instance.. increasing the number of pushups i can do..

but the one that really takes the cake... is when a girl throws me down and has her way with me whether i want it or not.

I had a fitness evaluation with a personal trainer and she said that looking at my scores she would never guess that I was overweight. For my weight, I'm in the 95th-98th percentile on strength, endurance and flexibility. There are definitely things I want to change about my body but hearing a trainer say "Wow, you are really strong" was pretty awesome.

I might be fat but I can run a mile, I don't get winded climbing stairs and I can probably beat you up. Rawr.

ice skating-hockey and running does it for me for the most part

i used to run cross country for highschool

i actually earned the named jingles from it becouse i wore like 3 dog chain chokers and i had my sword and snake charm attached and you could totally tell if i was around when i was running....

=P

actually since its winter out and ponds are freezing over im probably going to be playing hockey a lot more

which after my 4 four hours of ice skating yesterday im having a slight difficulty in breathing today...

definintly going to be the precursor to my quitting smoking

not that i mind smoking

its just hard to do athletic things

when you cant breath

>.<
