creatureofthenyte Posted December 16, 2007 Posted December 16, 2007 I have pretty much the same crap ass snowy weather that you all have out there. Thankfully, I have a 4x4 truck and many years of experience in driving in this crap.
Nienna Posted December 16, 2007 Posted December 16, 2007 I've lived in MI my whole life. Snow won't stop me from going somewhere I want / need to go. Ever. That's not to say I don't hate the stuff.
Destroit Posted December 16, 2007 Posted December 16, 2007 The same weather as the rest of us in the metro detroit area...SNOW.
odims_sphere Posted December 16, 2007 Posted December 16, 2007 I hate snow as well, but as far as driving, it doesn't seem to bother my 4 wheel drive to much.
Kit Kat P Posted December 17, 2007 Posted December 17, 2007 It's raining here, and I had no problem driving in the snow, even being from CA.
LostAngel47 Posted December 17, 2007 Author Posted December 17, 2007 It's raining here, and I had no problem driving in the snow, even being from CA.well i am from California but i also wreck an 18wheeler on black ice so i am scare of it i won't drive a big truck again for other reasons but i love to drive as long as i can drive safely
know_buddy_kares Posted December 18, 2007 Posted December 18, 2007 no snow here, just freezing freezing rain.... thank god the army is smart enough to not make us exercize in this... i took a look at the marines having to run in this shit and was like, "ha ha i'm not one of you anymore!"
Kit Kat P Posted December 18, 2007 Posted December 18, 2007 well i am from California but i also wreck an 18wheeler on black ice so i am scare of it i won't drive a big truck again for other reasons but i love to drive as long as i can drive safely Sorry that came out wrong or rather incomplete. I didn't have many problems in MI because I had already driven in the mountains of CA and then drove cross crountry in the middle of several storms. Not that I haven't spun out ever, I'm jus more aware now.
