Ok now all of you who are NOT SUPPOSE TO SMOKE ANYMORE (you know who you are) Stop it. Now.

I have one friend in the hospital this morning because she smoked again.....the breathing treatments are not working........at all. And she WAS getting better. But, she smoked again.

Another who has pre cancerous lesions in his mouth and he won't quit either.

Knock it off I mean it. Or I will come ram a raindeer up your butt.

My Mom has had two open heart surgeries.

A double bypass the first time (about 11 years ago) and a valve replacement the second (last year). She's only 52.

She hasn't quit smoking.

Why people start in the first place is beyond me...... We've known for 30 years that it's both addictive and carcinogenic.

I'm working on quitting smoking cuz of the hyperkeratosis in my mouth. I'll be fine and will quit my old friend.

I snuck three cigarettes this weekend.

I "quit" for blocks of time, but thats it, and yes its stupid.

I've kicked just about every drug known to man, whcih includes a couple of bad episodes of me facedown in my own vomit.

but cigarettes are some of Satan's greatest inventions, and I have failed in this arena.

i'm glad i never picked up the addiction, even with an adictive personality and smoking weed.

tbh i can't eat if theres an ashtray on the table, but yet i can eat through videos of surgery and autopsy.

the smoking ban here has been a godsend for folks like me

i know what you mean..... i find it hard to eat in a restaurant if im too close to the smoking section.

and some brands, im outright allergic to, so if someone's smoking a camel or a marlboro, i have sneezing fits.

just an FYI....

it's impossible to be allergic to smoke. Smoke can be an irritant... that is to say.. it can make other allergys act up... but you cant be allergic to the smoke itself.
