I know I said I was trying to quit drinking at CC? Well, I guess that was a dismal failure. Honestly guys, I don't drink unless it's a DGN function where the booze seem to flow WAY too freely.

I still had a great time, got to meet some new people, which was great! and I got to have mini conversations with some before I couldn't cognitively think past the end of my nose.

I got some DGN card passing done, so that's cool

I had a fun/interesting night. There was an awesome, awesome block of music later in the night that would have been worth the trip even if the rest of the night had been crappy. ("Straight to You" by the Bad Seeds?! "End" by the Cure?? Oh my gosh, I almost died of happy! I was too shocked to even dance properly!) But the rest of the night was not crappy, so...bonus!

There were run-of-the-mill weirdnesses, but I was fully prepared for the main one and it didn't set me back. It was just kind of difficult to know that I was, in a way, putting two decent people in awkward situations. We all made it out alive, though.

There were bonus weirdnesses that amused me endlessly, like getting shot dirty looks by someone for the silliest of silly reasons. But I feed off of that kind of weirdness, so that was okay. :D

AWESOME to read this. Thanks for the kind words. Had to get on some Nick Cave and wanted something other than the usual "Red Right Hand" or whatever and well the Cure's "End" has a significant meaning to me as I'll be ending my DJ'ing at City Club on January 19th (expect a post on that later.)

I had fun. Brought my little brother with me, it was his first time there and I dont think it will be his last!

I got to meet some DGN people, but I was greatly distracted by a whole lotta smooching going on in front of me! mostly because I wanted in! not to mention the spanking that was going down too I found the perfect wingman (who happens to be a girl) whom I need to make friends with.
