My big red tutu is actually a clogging skirt I got from a yard sale for $1.00.

I have one, I got it at Ren Fest (it's the second to bottom layer of my dress, which has 5 layers all together, I had to put a layer of red satin under it because the green petticoat made me itch) and have no idea how to get one other than there.

Maybe search "ren faire coustumes" as well.

if you are deperate you could dye it your self. I have done tye dye and its easy. Just get a white petticoat and some emerald green dye and dunk it in its fun!

Cotton will dye beautifully.

Nylon also dyes very, very well.

Polyester WILL NOT DYE.

I would have recommended the one I linked to above for dying, as it is nylon and should take a deep green Rit dye very well, but that one has some condition issues.
