Not necessarily rhetorical, "punk" is sort of "trashy" itself in some sense (not in a bad way) so it could just be redundant. Or maybe make it clear that your a White Cyberpunk as opposed to say an Asian cyberpunk.

LOL! Maybe cyberpunk redneck might have been a better terminology. Hauling scrap metal in an old banged up pickup truck with hillbillies and starting tire fires while listening to industrial idm electronica just seems like an odd blend of things to be going on.
