From what I understand, I have the client from Hell on Monday. She called and basically questioned my skills, and she's NEVER even met me. She wanted to know how long I've been in the business, what we use, who owns the spa....everything but my bra size. It should prove to be a very interesting 1st appointment.

I have a way of chilling out the biggest asshat, so this should be cake....
