I like DGN because the topics are interesting. I like discussing things with DGN folk because they give good answers. There are questions that I sometimes need answers from more then person and i can always rely DGN for that. Plus i love talking about clothes and fashion so that forum is really fun. Yay Girl Talk!

While I was in North Carolina for 3.5 years and miserable to the point of severe depression, DGN was, without doubt, the single most important thing that kept me from becoming totally bedridden.

Serious. I mean it. If it hadn't been for DGN, I wouldn't have gotten out of bed.

I've done my share of bitching about DGN in the past, and maybe I'll bitch about it some more someday. But honestly, when I didn't realize that was I was suffering was basically a near total mental/emotional breakdown, DGN at least got me out of the bedroom.

Though I'm basically back in the throes of a pretty deep depressive state, I'm not falling back on DGN like I did before. I've got too many people looking out for me now that I'm back amongst family & now that Jon knows what he's dealing with. But it's nice to come here for spirit-lifters like birthday greetings, etc.

Also importantly is the advice and how-to's I get from people who are experts on everything from blending makeup to recovering my system from serious virus attacks.

Yeah, DGN is my personal Life Saver.

It's a place for me to gripe on about girl issues and what not. It's like having that group of people that's ALWAYS seperate from my love affairs, so i'm feeling more comfortable saying things like i want instead of having to sugar coat shit to prevent getting slapped in the face.

It's also great because no one pays any attention usually.. sometimes i just rant pointlessly and it's not expected to pay attention.

DGN came into my life when I didn't know where else to turn for some of my own personal demons. I don't share EVERYTHING but I do share a whole lot more than I thought I would ever share with a group of people that were at first strangers, that now I've made a happy incestuous family/home with. You've all tongue kissed each other, you all know!

Seriously, DGN has made a difference in my life, and damn..I thought I was the only one who hit on Troy..

dgn introduced me to many folks and allowed me to set up a much needed vacation 2 years back, which i want to repaet but without being such a burden on my hosts, phee and rayne were great

Of course I value DGN!! If it wasn't for this site, I'd never have met so many kick ass people!! I wouldn't have so many close friends. I consider everyone on this board good friends. If it wasn't for everyone here, I'd still be sitting in my room every night by myself regretting my life and being all emo and shit.

DGN and everyone here has also had a hand in building up my confidence. I was so weak minded a while ago. But everyone has been encouraging me with their compliments and constantly reminding me of my 'awesomeness'.

This site, rather, everyone here makes this site. And I find them and DGN a very important aspect of my life...
