Fabulous Announcement!

Kay...I'd like to announce that the quality of life for myself and another DGNer have just improved drastically because...SHE'S MUH NEW ROOMMATE!

Who is this DGNer? None other than Jadnifer, w00t . This is awesome because now she has a place to stay (she was going to have to be forced to move allllllll the way to Marine City, meaning it wouldn't have been very likely you'd see her anytime soon), and now I have MORE MONIES EVERY MONTH (which you all know has been a big problem for me since last fall).

We've been waiting in anticipation all week to find out the verdict on her application to my townhouses. They make you jump through all sorts of hoops to get in, can't have horrible credit (if you're the leasor, i.e. me, not the tenant so much), can't have evictions, criminal record, things like that. Well she thought her credit may have been bad so we've been in suspense all week as to whether she'd be approved, but apparantly it was good enough.

So if anyone wants to come and be crazy at our residence and throw some sexy parties with DDR included, you should. That's all I'm saying.

She doesn't even know yet, I'm still at work and get to tell her the good news later at like 6:45-ish.

(After reviewing this thread, I must come to the conclusion that I, Chernobyl, am a total effing dork. In this instance I will let it slide because mother fucking I am estatic.)
