I bought some last weekend and my daughter devoured them. They smell like grape candy. The taste is nice, too. Apple with just a subtle grape flavor to enhance it. Yummy!!! I will buy more.

Another one that's awesome but hard to find is Uglyfruit. Its a Grapefruit/Orange hybrid. Yummy, but they look scary.

Actually, you'll all think I'm crazy because these aren't new at all, but the other day I tried a nectarine for the first time. Everyone said I was nuts because I was ranting all day about how it seems like it's exactly half apple half peach .

Seriously, it was peach shaped with a pit in the middle yet the outside was red like an apple and the inside was white. It also had a texture that seemed like it was peach/apple, right in between the two and the flavor even seemed like a little bit of both.

Raven didn't agree with me though! I swear that thing was a peach/apple, I'm not crazy

I just saw Uglyfruit at Meijer's when I was grocery shopping Friday night (I know, pathetic). As for nectarine's....

Another tasty hybrid is a plumcot... it's a cross between a plum and an apricot. My kid loves them!
