I am thinking about going back to school to get into something different. I would still like to use my 12 years of knowledge and education of my computer background and wrap it into something else. I just don't like where the IT industry is/going to. So it's time for a change.

I was going to get into aircraft mechanics when I was 18, and was trying to do so when I joined the Airforce. Back when the michigan institute of aeronautics was around they hounded me non stop and I turned them away.

Anyone know anything about these guys or have any expierience with them?

I'd look at the industry before I go down that route...

Seems like it's shrinking more then growing, and pay rates probably aren't doing all that well because of it.

Have you seen stuff documentation with that too? I know I am just sick of being a contractor and not having ANY benefits

my friend is graduating from there power technology class on monday. He really enjoyed the class and most of the class has jobs. Alot of the guys had to move to another state though.
