April 25 is DNA day! Very exciting if you're a molecular geneticist.

52 years ago, Watson and Crick announced their structure of DNA.

2 years ago the first draft of the human genome was published.

Since we're taking genetics now, the instructors actually brought in 5 huge sheet cakes for all 200 of us today. 3 pieces of free cake constituted my entire lunch.
