Not only am I single, but after a month of briefly being with someone, I aim to keep single for a long, long time. I have to say that I used to agree that females had the baggage, but damn these dudes are becoming just as bad. Man up mutherf*ckers.

I miss having a constant companion to share things with regularly. I miss putting my head on someone's shoulder. The sex part is not even a priority most of the time.

Ya know, I've read about a dozen or so posts about "I like being single, I am happy on my own... blah blah blah", which is all well and good, I suppose. However, a lot of them include the caveat along the lines of missing the possibility to cuddle with someone in bed.

Perhaps the best compromise is to get a blow-up doll? hm?

I miss the oodles of cuddles too, but I miss also things besides physical contact. Would you believe that I actually miss the way women fight with me? Well, I do.

I am sooo in love with the way i get passionate about things and argue about them...and it is amazing how you can forgive someone you love soo fast. i think a relationship without a little bit of argueing is not complete...to me... it might sound a bit crazy..but it shows me that they are passionate enough about me and what i think and believe that they are willing to help me see their way...ugh as i write this it starts to make less and less sense...and gets harder and harder to explain...

Considering that i've paid for every date that i've ever been on, I would have to say that being single is saving me some money cause dating is expensive.

My ex fiance cleaned out my checking account twice because I was dumb enough to buy things for him. I understand how you feel.

Everyone I try to be with never even gives me a chance...so being single makes me feel even more hopeless when everything I try is in vaine. In person, online, either way I am never cared for back. I am trying to find better friends for the time being, but I know until I find someone to love me back that I can be with I will never feel whole.

The reason why I loved fighting was because I dont like dating someone just like me becuase it would be boring. I love having different opinions and fighting is fun because the make up sessions are killer

as odd as it is, sometimes I find comfort in going out for dinner alone. I remember some of the bad things that have happened in previous relationships and realize that in the end, I'm kinda glad that a lot of them have ended.

feeling lonely is a major drag at times I know, but in the end, the only person you live with your whole life is you. when something comes along though, I'm sure you'll find the comfort you deserve, and you'll be ok.
