Single once again! I have mixed feelings about this though since I apparently "did it again"...which I guess is crawling into a hole for two days after an intimate moment... :confused: ...wow I really suck at the whole dating thing...

Hence the fact that I'm not looking for a relationships.

If a guy comes along that I have strong enough feelings for where I think I can last longer then 1.5 months in the relationship, then I'll try it out, haha!

Wow 1.5 months seems like a long time for some reason...I think I made it through one wing of the senior girls dorm in 1.5 months...

Yeah, my last relationship was in July and only lasted a month because I start it...its going great, and then I have doubts. And instead of trying to work through it, I just give up and lose interest. And uuuuusually regret it sometime later, lol

So, I figure, I should stop hurting people, and just wait.

So, I figure, I should stop hurting people, and just wait.

I just took myself out of the game by joining the Army...basically forced birth control on myself...now I really do only have 1.5 months to date before I go to Basic...

Single. Not really "looking" at the moment. Dating just seems so forced. That could just be because I'm not real good at it. I'm actually pretty shy. I can be real cool when I'm comfortable, but sometimes it just takes me too long to get there.

It's all good though. No rush. Candyman has the right idea. We should aim to perfect ourselves before inflicting ourselves upon another person.

Of course now that I'm the ONLY one of my close friends that is still single.....I get kinda bored at group picnics. Just sayin.

Honestly, that's the hardest part about being single for me lol.

Any other time I really couldn't care less about being single. Been through a few relationships to figure this out that my personal space and freedom means too much to my happiness to just give it up for simply the sake of being with someone period. In short I sorta came up with an equasion

the level of happiness i get out of having my own space, freedom, schedual, and agenda (all privilages of being single) will only be given up if the potential partner can prove to that they can provide perks of being in a relationship that are either equal to, or greater than the perks of being single. Keep in mind this all really depends on my happiness meter.

But if i get lonely at night, this sounds sappy but fuck it, i daydream about what i'd be like if my world went perfectly as planned in life. Or just blah, whatever takes your mind off it at the moment.

Yeah, I'd say that's the worst part of being single is no one to share a bed with. Instead, I have cats. e_e

That and I dont think now would be too dandy of a time anyway, because I'm starting a 2nd job soon (though happily working set days), and I have a roommate working on moving in. Trying to balance to jobs, an interview, a roommate moving in (and coordinating times when we'll both be there).... eh.... not good timing.

And I'm not done having fun.

Well that can be sorted by making note of it, and they can give out their number to only a certain few then while the rest of us with unlimited texting awesome can text whore away with the goodnight cuddles!

Technically, not single. However, the engagement has been broken off for now. He's not ready for that kind of a commitment and he really never asked me in the first place... Having a kid together {along with his parents} kind of did it for us. I'll wait until he PROPERLY asks me, but he can't expect me to wait forever.
