I hope this does not mean an earlier than anticipated deployment. You will be missed, and then greatly welcomed back.

Our choice to step down doesn't have anything to do with the Military. We would have held our post if we got deployed.

I know my reason for stepping down is because of pointless drama and endless b.s.

Yead unfortunately there is,its mostly caused by a certain couple of ppl that have a thing about age and status of certain individuals on this board,but have not seen them in awhile which is fine with me,LOL!!

other than that,we all will miss some really awesome cool mods here.

      About to head up to Roseville to return this rental and pick up my truck from the auto shop.  It is supposedly sporting a newly fabricated frame rail...I don't think they are referred to as "chassis" anymore as I see the confusion in shop owner's eyes when they ask me if I'm looking for "body work?".   But I do find it interesting that I told the owner that I worked direct with OEM parts and yet he still wrote me up an invoice with overpriced OEM parts from companies I used to host at the place I used to work for.  With that said, I'm expecting a stellar job for the amount I paid.   ...else, there will be some talk negotiations.

      This 👆 definitely goes with what I said in my other post - getting old sucks. Seems like *everything* takes longer and takes more energy out of me than it used to. Really need to work on my diet and exercise, I've found the older I get, the more important those things have really become...
