Apartment For Sublet/take Over Lease

We need to move. It looks like we will likely be moving out of state, so I can accept a job that was offered to me, but we have one problem: to break our lease, we either have to pay 1600 dollars, or get someone to take over the lease. So, we're trying to get someone to take over the lease.

Its around 1000 sq ft, 2 bedrooms. It has a dishwasher, and central air. 750/month. Its a very very nice complex, and the neighbors are quiet. Also one advantage to taking over our lease, it looks like they'd be still counting our deposit as *the* deposit. So you shouldnt have to shell out any deposit money. They said there's just mostly paperwork involved. It's also a 3rd floor apartment, so you'd have no upstairs neighbors to worry about. They're pet friendly, and we already paid the pet deposit, so rent would just be 20 bucks more a month if you were bringing pets (cats/dogs).

It's in Glencoe Hills Apartments, off Washtenaw at US23.

Also: we need to sell our TV when we move, cause it's huge and heavy and i dont really want to move it when we go. we're looking to get 400 bucks-- its an enormous Sony TV, I dont remember if its 37' or 42'. Its a flat screen (NOT flat panel. Its a regular TV), and is in wonderful shape. If you bought it, we'd leave the entertainment center it's sitting on, too.

I do and he's looking to move down here closer to the kids ... but unfortunately, he can't afford $775 a month.
