The red pic definately, it would frame your face the best, and some people don't realize that's crucial to any cut.

I would if I could but I cant cause of work.... stupid hospitals need to get with the times..... anyways I thought id leave most of it black but with red highlights instead..... so its not to over the top for work :/

my hair now is down to my butt well about an inch or so shy of my butt....

I do and prolly still will this year but my hair is thinning now sucks so their not getting nearly as much as they used to from me...... Stress is winning!

No,no,no; balls are not necessary,

several people feel way more comfy with 'locks, than without... most dreads I know, in fact...

AND, that much hair would profit dreads past you shoulders...with a pony tail... the bosses probably won't even notice... HA... Oh_My_Goth's

boss did not have a clue until months after they were formed...Hahahahahahaha...

..now, I am actually going to recommend 'locks... You've convinced me, it wouldn't even be a big change...

While the first one (the link) is really sharp, I have to agree that the cut with the red hair would be most flattering to your face. That would really look good on you. And your idea to just have red highlights thrown in sounds like it will look great and be acceptable for work still. Once you've made a decision and have it done you'll have to be sure to post some pics for us to see!

Just keep in mind red is really hard to keep red. And it tends to "bleed" all over stuff when your head is wet.

I love when hair dye bleeds!!!!

But good hair dye doesn't bleed after a day or two

Mine ALWAYS does ... I asked the salon one day when I got it done there once and they said that dark hair tends to bleed red throughout a dye job. Light hair soaks it in and doesn't as much. The bottom half of mine is blonde underneath the red, the top half is dark brown underneath the red ... so I'm dying over both constantly.

But then again.

When I dyed my hair or friends.

With semi or prem. colors

I made sure I got it every where.

And left it on for hours...

Not the 20-30 mins or what ever.

Mostly cuz I like the look of the hair dye all drying and stuff!

But then again that's just me.

And Hair dye is kind of a fetish for me

I like the red one, too, though unless your hair is naturally pretty wavy and not too frizzy, it's probably going to take a little longer to style in the morning than the other 2.
