take some NyQuil, put on some sweats, crawl under the blankets and sweat that shit out!

First off i know the feeling. It sucks. *comfort*

Cough drops / hot tea / etc just in general and for the long term, take your vitiamins.

Shorter term, specifically some sort of NyQuil like GRG mentions (or whatever off-brand) seems to help a lot with the symptoms you list. I get them often these days due to a poor immune system (or at least that's the hypothesis they mention when i go to the doctors and mention it)

Vitamin C in mass quantities, and water always helps me get better faster. And lots of sleep. Orange juice is my fav. way to get fast VC. Pills are crappy because most of it just passes through you. They do make chewable stuff now though. Alka Selzer cold and flu tabs (dissolve in water, pinch nose and suck down) also help me.

Feel better soon!

Oh yeah water and rest too like Pandora mentions. If your tired and dehydrated, doesn't matter what else you try to do your body doesn't even have the basic stuff it needs to do its most simple functions. Dehydration is actually a huge deal, one that we often don't think about.

Water, sleep, and hot stuff. Sit in the your bathroom with a hot shower running and breathe in the steam for awhile then stand there, and well this is gross but, hack up as much of that gunk from your lungs and nose as possible.

Really, that's about all you can do, there's tons of urban legends kinda things as remedies, for instance they found that vitamin c has no effect on colds at all, whereas people used to think it did just because back in the 70's ONE researcher came up with evidence that was flimsy at best supporting the vitamin c thing. Since then there have been no researchers to find evidence supporting that vitamin c has any effect at ALL, actually finding that it most likely doesn't, but for some reason people continue to take it. The only way it would have an effect is if you were deficient in the first place, and if you aren't then don't worry about it, your body can't fit anymore in there you'll literally just piss it out because it's a water soluble vitamin.

Nyquil only covers your symptoms up, but if you have to do that for work then you have to. I'd suggest just get rest and let you body heal itself naturally, it's the best way for yourself. I usually don't take medicine unless I'm on death' door myself.

Try some echinacea, too. It might NOT help, but it isn't going to hurt. Vitamin E is also good. When I get a cold, I take this veritable arsenal of meds..lol..a multivitamin, echinacea, and vitamin E, and it's gone in two days.

I hope you feel better soon, sweetie!!

i believe vitamin e is fat-soluble, so be careful to not get too much of it - in fact, if you're going to increase any vitamin consumption, it's best to research & make sure you won't harm yourself with too much of whatever it is you want to increase...
