Ivy13 Posted July 10, 2008 Posted July 10, 2008 Absolutely love steampunk. I would love to put together a Victorian ensemble for myself too (if I could get up the confidence to sew more than a tunic that is). Enjoy you CD's Munin. Hubby introduced me to Abney Park last year and I adore them. They are guests at SalonCon this year. I would love to go but have to save up for another year.
sass_in_the_pants Posted July 10, 2008 Posted July 10, 2008 YOu can find alot of fun steampunk stuff on etsy.com

SaGa Posted October 22, 2008 Posted October 22, 2008 in my mind its another old to new mix. just with a name finally. even thou its been around since the 70s. you cant tell me c3po does not feel steampunk to you. i whouldnt mind borrowing a few ideas. BWT whats 13th century garb mixed with new garb called. cause i could work my chainmail with sweat stuff and call it a style finally instead of the guy who wears that sweet chainmail shirt.
hunhee Posted November 13, 2008 Posted November 13, 2008 Kit Stolen..... NOM Ok.. I'm not into asian men but holy crap this one is umm..
Onyx Posted November 13, 2008 Posted November 13, 2008 Oooh, Hunhee, I love that skirt. Would be pretty simple to cut up a couple of belts and do that to a long skirt (not that I would ever take time to do it - always starting and never finishing any sewing).
