Saw it with Hunhee. It was good. Liked it better than Transformers. (Nearest comparison i can think of in terms of recent releases)

Luckily I long gave up on expecting films to be particularly similar to what they are based on. But honestly it wasn't all that bad of a screw up, considering the very low bar set by Hollywood hah. MDJ did a good job and the effects were flawless.

Was a comic fan in ages past. Iron Man being one of the key "Fluff" titles i read. (Batman, X Men, Iron Man in particular.)

Yeah its family friendly. (generally) Probably a bit to voilent for really young kids but other than that its a "popcorn" movie.
