Well....

I "work" from 8:00a.m. to 1:00p.m. when it's slow, I surf the net, talk on DGN, etc. So it's like being at home, only I get paid $13.00 an hour.

Update:

I just found out this morning that I'll be here only until the end of July. I don't mind that I'm temping, but I could swear that I wasn't told this when I was hired. I guess that it works out for me, since I'm going to New Orleans in August and planning to come to Detroit in September for my birthday. I don't know if I'm relieved, shocked, or what. I'm not complaining, though. I get paid $13.00 an hour to do what I do at home-play on the pc. I just have to answer phones along with it.

I'm so happy. Our sales rep is off today and tomorrow. This means that the dickhead won't be here, trying to pawn off his overdue projects on me. He tries this every day because he is a fecking slacker. He also thinks it's my job to make his coffee. I just point to the coffee maker and walk away. Next thing he'll want me to do is sit under his desk, if you know what I mean.
