How Did You Find DGN? knew about it for a long time, was under the impression that one had to be "invited" to DGN. Apparently this was incorrect. Of course then I met Troy at CC and got an "unofficial" invite, so it worked out.

Other Stuff? Um...fruit juice? I live at CC Fridays and most Saturdays. I look unfriendly but I am not; I'm actually just half-blind (don't wear my glasses in the club), am not particularly good at talking to people and have a terrible memory for faces and names. But if you run up and say hi, I will be happy to meet you even if I don't seem to be.

Welcome =)

Nope you don't particularly need to be invited... just seems like thats how most people end up here. =P We do have sort of private home rules, in that, we expect people to be nice, more than some websites might, as the idea is to keep the place civil. Luckily thats almost never a problem with like 99.9% of people.

Hopefully DGN can help a little bit with the socializing aspect of things. If you talk to people online first and such often it makes it easier when you meet them in real life and what not. The "whos going to CC this weekend?" thing helps with that also if you post in there saying "I'm going." or some such. =)

Now the plot- er... i mean plan, is to trick... um.. TALK you into sticking around and coming to visit us on DGN often.

Welcome again.

-Troy

Good evening and welcome! :evil:

Do incorrigible dirigible's come from the same place as epileptic bicycle's?

Do incorrigible dirigible's come from the same place as epileptic bicycle's?

Only technically; the Epileptic Bicycle factory is located in a part of the original Incorrigible Dirigible manufacturing complex, which has since moved to Poughkeepsie. But the rest of it was sold to Gerber.

      This 👆 definitely goes with what I said in my other post - getting old sucks. Seems like *everything* takes longer and takes more energy out of me than it used to. Really need to work on my diet and exercise, I've found the older I get, the more important those things have really become...

      Well we were supposed to leave last night, but life has a way of making plans for you. I'm about to get up and get ready to go on our vacation. Had and still have a lot to do.  Not easy to just up and leave a ranch with a lot of animals and things that need taken care of. We even have people here to watch and tend things while we're gone, but still.   I had to change the radiator in my car before we leave - got that done last night. Took a lot more out of me than I thought it would, so by the time I finished I had little energy for anything else. Today I just have a couple more quick things to do on the car, like cleaning it and packing stuff. Couple of minor things to do around the ranch today, as well.   I figure we should be on the road this evening sometime. I'm looking forward to it. We're going to see the wife's side of the family, people I actually like,  in Vegas and AZ. Should only be gone for a few days, maybe a week. Going to the Grand Canyon and Lake Mead and all kinds of stuff in between, so I'm pretty stoked. I LOVE the Southwest.   Wish me luck that my car survives the desert! (Hence new radiator) 🤠👍

      Sometimes sleep can be a scary thing.  I passed out so hard at 4:54pm today.  Yesterday wiped me out with rentals, appointments and helping a lost dog get back home.  Fortunately, I found him on Facebook and contacted the owners and he was picked up before nightfall.  But I think I totally overdid it and paid for it today in the middle of handling business.  Thankfully it was some work at home stuff.   I definitely do not like being that kind of tired.  It's like the World could end and I'd wake up afterwards trying to find out what happened.
