I have to say, too: Why Monday? Necto is a great club, I generally have no objections to their music, etc. Why compete when there are other days of the week that don't really have anything going on?

I know, but eastside peoples hate Necto due to its ONE HOUR AWAY Ann Arbor location.

I'm NOT driving an hour for any club that doesn't have clowns and a rollercoaster with three free long islands and no cover. End of story.

So that's why Necto and I aren't good friends, for the record. It would cost me straight up at least $20 to get out there in the first place and it's not like CC/Luna where you could take a bus down and back if you had to.

Translation for those people who AREN'T me: Necto is an hour away from my house, isn't on a main bus line, and gas is $4 a gallon and rising.

I'm not going to a club that is an hour away unless that club has something CRAZY and out of the ordinary to offer...like rollercoasters and clowns that give you free drink tickets .
