yes that is true he did train in mma and came out as the punisher and i think he used that as his finisher long ago but im rusty on my wrestling history

Yeah, he's used the triangle before. I've also seen him use the straight armbar (juji-gatame) before. He throws some MMA/BJJ moves in the mix sometimes, which always gives me a giggle (I've trained BJJ/MMA before).

and I have to admit...not a HUGE fan of Triple H, BUT after I saw him in the Blade movie, I <3 him now kind of....he is funny...I have NEVER heard someone use the word "Ass" so much in my life. It makes me giggle!

That being said....I haven't really watched in a LONG time, but my 16 year old nephew is trying to get me back into it...so who knows? But...if you have to have cable, then I am out.

What station plays SMACKDOWN now? Is it still CW50 on Monday nights???
