I know I am new but this is something I have been wanting to host for a while now. I would love to host an singles meeting/party For us alternative kids to meet other like singles. Would anybody be interested and actually come to something like that?

Well I am thinking of planing it around July. The place I want to host it at is located downtown Detroit and is a bit pricey. Would anyone have a problem submitting a small fee to help pay for food cost and hall rental?

IMO this gets really old,it does not f@$#ing matter if you have short,medium,long hair,what matters is being clean about your self,having a good personality,and having a job.the stereotype shit got old way back,if everybody in this joke of a planet looked,talked,acted,and even though alike,it would be very boring world.I have short haired friends,long haired friends,and shaved head friends,most are in thier late 30's early 40's we all get along really good.

I think this is a cool idea and all, but perhaps you should consider having a not-so-pricey get-together since some of the people on here seem to be going through financial hardship right now. Like, maybe you could have people meet in a certain corner on one particular night at CC.

I believe the whole point was to have it outside of city. I know people who arent into the whole club scene but are industrial and emo. Plus City is a fukkin oven now the summer hit. I rather be in a cool place with A/C and music. I dont mind paying like 3-5 bucks (I will be paying like half the rent for the place anyway). I need to talk to kiokosushiflower cuz july is coming quick.
