outside of running into the girl I've had a crush on for years last night (geez, you think I would've said something by now....) it was otherwise, a fun night full of laughter, surprises, a few shockers here and there >.>; a lot of drama (shut the fuck up, cuz it ain't got nothin to do with me and we aren't goin there. be a god damn adult and be up front with people and shit like that won't happen) and lots of dancing, and some good old fashioned make out sessions which is always a welcome thing.

ya gotta love goin out, havin a few drinks and makin some bad decisions at city club every now and then.

Had a decent nite, so GOOD to see every one of the DGN'ers that DamagedAngel mentioned. Plus, Envious Poppet and Alaska Sunrise and Tszura. Didn't get to talk to everyone tho. I am glad I got to meet some in person too, that I hadn't yet -- still more to meet! Everyone looked Fabulous. I hope I didn't forget anyone!

Had a freaking blast.

I don't really feel like naming off names, but it was nice seeing everyone and meeting some new faces (damagedangel, Nienna, etc.). I spent the vast majority of the night with Darque Metallion, DarkChylde, and punk princess. I must say that Darque Metallion is probably the funniest person I've ever met -- it's nonstop joke after joke with him, and he seems to pull them from nowhere.

Also, it was nice finally getting to spend more time with Angel of Death.

The "after party" was freaking kick-ass.

Pretty much what both said above, except I got way more drunker than I was supposed to be and almost walked into the glass door where city bites is at lol. And yes we had a small after-math get-together at my house and had a good time!

One thing that really fucking pissed me off was the asshole with the expensive white Lexus who blocked the parking lot when we were trying to leave at about 3 am. There was no other way out, and this fucker was literally just sitting there. I turned on my brights, he turned his on. I honked and honked and he just sat there. Some of the drunkards in my car were about to get out and bitch this fucker out. Finally someone came and told this asshole to move, and he still wouldn't. All we needed was for him to move back a little and let us go, then he could move back to that spot... how hard is that? They told him to move again, and he reluctantly did that time. Stupid selfish motherfucker. We were sure to flip the bird as we left.

Yup, I was there. I think I talked to almost everyone mentioned above. Danced more than I usually do, and for once I got to dance like 4 whole songs without some idiot trying to put his hands all over me.

Danced more than I usually do

REALLY I mean really? I am a little bit surprised and a little saddened to note that not a single person has mentioned the fact that their was NO BASS. It would click on for a random beat here and there but not for a whole song. The only thing harder to dance to a song without a beat is one where the beat kicks in a randow points with no rhyme or reason. How can you dance without a beat? Yes I imagine it can be done thinking back to the old goth days when one could just sway and do our interpetive dance of leaves falling from a tree but no low end sound made for a sonic abortion. Mad props to Jon Noble and Elektrosonik for making the best of a very difficult situation. In case some of you don't know we are lucky to have Jon back at CC on Saturday's. I can only hope it's every week. I only stayed for about 45 min enough time to say hi to some friends,cringe at what I was hearing ,get annoyed trying to dance to what I was hearing or in this case NOT hearing, and a convince a few friends to join me at a really sweet after DEMF party. I can only hope for my sake and yours that the club puts some of Sunday nights 24 hr rave profit's towards insuring that we can at least have the bare min requirements for sound in a club. I realize the sound has degraded pretty bad up there over the years but for their to be no bass and nobody really seeemed to notice that much is even more depressing. Perhaps instead of the rave promoters stealing CC gear we can get a bouncer to "borrow" one of the promoters amps.

I'm usually standing at the first end of the bar you see when you walk into the club. I hang out there with Bishop and the security guys for the most of the night until I get antsy and start zipping back and forth through the club

While I agree, I'm one of those dancing to melody type of freaks anyways so it's not such a big deal to me. I do love a nice phatty beat though. I wish I could dance on the beat because I can't dance with anyone. Ever.
