Current location? Ferndale.

Where from? Allen Park, originally.

Gender? Male.

Work? Factory drone.

School? Proud holder of a completely useless art school degree.

Kids? One.

Married? Technically, yes.

Single? Sort of.

Hobbies? Too many to list, really. Drawing, painting, sculpting, furniture design, reading, occult studies, quantum theory, filmmaking, special effects, history, music, blah, blah, blah...

How Did You Find DGN? Darque Metallion gave me a card.

Other Stuff? Feel free to ask.

Looking forward to making some new friends. My job and marriage turned me into a hermit for a long time and I lost touch with most of my old acquaintances. Now that I have a little freedom again, I'm trying to get back into real life. I've been going to CC off and on for, like, 16 years. I'm the guy that wears all black. ;)

A guy that has at least one eye, and wears all black. I'll make sure to look for you next time I'm at CC! =P

Thanks to DM for getting out the word!

I almost ended up with an art degree, since that was the plan since i was 11 years old... but after i got to college, I ended up selling out to The Corpate Devil and doing computer tech work and later tech managment. Bizzare turn of events looking back on it.

Welcome to the place. Hopefully we can convince you to stick around and thow your 2 cents in on a few topics. *points all around*

If you know anyone else that might like the place, drag em kickin and screamin on over.

Welcome again,

-Troy

Suits me. Wait, poor choice of words... :p

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone. I recognize a lot of you from lurking around City Club. Looking forward to shaking a few hands this weekend. The lonely brooding in the corner thing is starting to take its toll...

hello!

well, everyone, if you click the little purple banner w/ the words "My Pictures" written on it, he does have a couple pictures of himself...

that being said, i will say something more...

Welcome to DGN.... we are a nice lot... a few do erupt into little drama jam sessions, but over all, we are pretty laid back.. i am always on late at night (or early morn, depending on your point of view)

posting can be addictive... check us all out (the board, i mean ;) ) and leave your two cents where ever you feel you must. Have fun, and happy haunting!

Hi and welcome to the live! :)

I know the problem being in a relationship and loose the contact to friends very well. I was married for seven years and my hushband didn't like my friends. Constantly he found some crap to run them down. Now at today's view I think he was jealous and afraid to loose controll over me.

When I went back to work (I was three years staying at home for my son) I hyperventilated in a mental way *g*, redefined myself, wrote a book, get new friends and broke away from my hushband. It was a hard, but a really great time!

I wish you all the best for your way und many fun at this community :)

Greetings

      About to head up to Roseville to return this rental and pick up my truck from the auto shop.  It is supposedly sporting a newly fabricated frame rail...I don't think they are referred to as "chassis" anymore as I see the confusion in shop owner's eyes when they ask me if I'm looking for "body work?".   But I do find it interesting that I told the owner that I worked direct with OEM parts and yet he still wrote me up an invoice with overpriced OEM parts from companies I used to host at the place I used to work for.  With that said, I'm expecting a stellar job for the amount I paid.   ...else, there will be some talk negotiations.

      ~~~~~ Definitely wishing you luck.  Do enjoy yourselves.   But I have to admit, the first thing that came to mind was does roadside assistance reach the desert? 😬
      ~~~~~ Yeah, it's like something happened to my metabolism this past Winter and when I came out of hibernation, that AARP Join Request started looking like something to check into.

      This 👆 definitely goes with what I said in my other post - getting old sucks. Seems like *everything* takes longer and takes more energy out of me than it used to. Really need to work on my diet and exercise, I've found the older I get, the more important those things have really become...
