Yah, it's pronounced "Rave" - though it has nothing to do with raves. Just coincidental pronunciation.

Current location? Southgate currently. Not native to downriver though.

Where from? Southwest Detroit originally, first 21 years or so of my life

Gender? Male, last I checked. I'll check again shortly.

Work? Too much of it! 6 day work weeks get kind of lame after a couple of years.

School? Done with that thankfully, for a decade now

Kids? One daughter, share her with zee ex wife.

Married? Once upon a time. Not as fun as I had hoped!

Single? Since January and hating it.

Hobbies? Blues guitar player, Krav Maga, sitting in crappy diners writing or talking with friends all hours of the night, photography, writing short stories, philosophical sociological and metaphysical discussion/debate, dirty dive bars with live music...and whatever happens to catch my attenti..oh look...shiny...

Other Stuff? I don't take myself very seriously. I work in a very high stress and serious environment, so I try to enjoy myself however I can after work - else I might lose my mind lol.

I do care about myself, just don't take myself very seriously.

As for the picture..I actually was hesitant to use it. I decided to use it only after reading the rules of the board. Makes me feel better to know I'm not going to be given a hard time by someone who doesn't understand what it is
