greetings and mery meet to all

My name is Druid. i was lucky enough to find this realy cool site thanks to GothicRavenGoddess.

I am a 32 year old Pagan/Wiccan from Cape Town South Africa. I have been studying Wicca for the last 6 months through the Correllian Tradition. I also own my own company which manufactures pagan and wiccan goods which i sell at local craft markets as well as on my website.

hey guys thanks all for the great welcome. im slowly working my way through all the boards there is on hell of a lot to read here hehehehe. just got in after a long week end so im still trying to wake up.

Current location? Cape Town South Africa

Work? i work for my father in law in a metal pressing factory and i own my own company maging Celtic/pagan/wiccan goodies

School? did up to grade 11 in South Africa and finished high School in Perth Western Australia

Kids? no And not planing any (2 dogs and 2 cats if that counts)

Married? Engaged for 5 years

Other Stuff? ok like i said earlyer im 32 and living in CT. when i was 16 my folks desided that due to the changing political climate in South Africa it would be a good idea to imigrate to Australia. (that was in 1993 when the ANC was about to come into power) i finished my high school career over there and in 1996 came back home where i have been ever since. my fiance and i met on the pavement out side a night club in 1999 and have been toghether ever since. i recentl y started collecting crystals and minerals and at last count had nearly 400 specimens in my collection. i will admit it has become a bit of an adiction :) oh ye im also a practasing wiccan and i am curently studying my first degree with the Correllian Natavist Tradition.

      This 👆 definitely goes with what I said in my other post - getting old sucks. Seems like *everything* takes longer and takes more energy out of me than it used to. Really need to work on my diet and exercise, I've found the older I get, the more important those things have really become...

      What are you about to go do?

      Well we were supposed to leave last night, but life has a way of making plans for you. I'm about to get up and get ready to go on our vacation. Had and still have a lot to do.  Not easy to just up and leave a ranch with a lot of animals and things that need taken care of. We even have people here to watch and tend things while we're gone, but still.   I had to change the radiator in my car before we leave - got that done last night. Took a lot more out of me than I thought it would, so by the time I finished I had little energy for anything else. Today I just have a couple more quick things to do on the car, like cleaning it and packing stuff. Couple of minor things to do around the ranch today, as well.   I figure we should be on the road this evening sometime. I'm looking forward to it. We're going to see the wife's side of the family, people I actually like,  in Vegas and AZ. Should only be gone for a few days, maybe a week. Going to the Grand Canyon and Lake Mead and all kinds of stuff in between, so I'm pretty stoked. I LOVE the Southwest.   Wish me luck that my car survives the desert! (Hence new radiator) 🤠👍

      Sometimes sleep can be a scary thing.  I passed out so hard at 4:54pm today.  Yesterday wiped me out with rentals, appointments and helping a lost dog get back home.  Fortunately, I found him on Facebook and contacted the owners and he was picked up before nightfall.  But I think I totally overdid it and paid for it today in the middle of handling business.  Thankfully it was some work at home stuff.   I definitely do not like being that kind of tired.  It's like the World could end and I'd wake up afterwards trying to find out what happened.
