I do. We just read in a 'BOOK OF AMAZING FACTS!' That people who have higher iq's dream in color and that its only 5 % of the population who do so.

(I have always dreamed in color...I didn't know anyone dreamed in black and white...cause we don't see that way)

Yes they do. Studies have shown that only about 15-20% of people do dream in color. You can train yourself to dream in color by concentrating consciously on colors during the day. There are a number of other techniques and reasons why people dream in color.

I dont think that is true. My sister who has an IQ of between 60-78 and she dreams in color. Just about everyone I know dream in color so whoever wrote that dont know anything. I dont know one person who dreams in black and white. They need to redo that "fact" and survey the whole country because I know plenty of idiots who tell me their dreams all the time with color detail.

I believe that colorblind people would be the only ones who can not dream in color because they dont know what most colors look like anyway.

I dream in both.. It's the coloured dreams that I am most afraid of, they're the ones more likely to come to fruition, the sucky part is I don't really believe in that shit.. weird eh?

When I had my last nightmare, I was dreaming in black and white.. that was a terrifying experience.

Now, what I DO wonder though is when you dream is it like you're watching a movie with you in it or is it that you are watching things happening around you like it's real life?

When I dream, it's like 3rd person, and I never LOOK like myself, but I always know it's me..

I think this all stems from my own self-loathing (don't worry peeps, I'm pretty much over this stage).

interesting, it never is the same with me, it flips randomly from first person to third person.. usually 1st person but whenever i get a 3rd person view of myself, it's still in 1st person feeling.. it's odd really. I think it's called 2nd person? It's like i'm still dreaming in 1st person, but my dream camera jumps to a 3rd person to show what's around me, kinda like how video games are...

I've always dreamt in color. I've never known anyone not to. My dreams are always very vivid and always in first person. Many times I figure out that I am dreaming and then control the dream from there on in.

I don't have very many nightmares (maybe one or two a year) but I do have alot of strange dreams. Lots about zombies, ancient gods, the blob, which aren't scary, just strange.

I always dream in color. Many people tell me they dream in b & w if we discuss dreams. I don't know about the I. Q thing. A person I know extremely well always dreams in b & w and he is pretty much a genius, academically.

they still see "color" they don't see "black and white" i just think they don't know WHAT color they see
