My kid got a very good paying job pampering pooches at night.

Get this. They get as a treat before bed....lactose free vanilla ice cream and TV shows.

And lamb fleece blankets.

I had to rant about how america takes better care of its pets than its homeless. Cause that bugs me.

Many people treat their pets like substitute children, pampering them to the extreme. Its disturbing.

I like animals too, but cmon...

The doggy daycare my friend sends her pooch to costs the same as daycare for my BABIES!!

She buys her dog outfits and sends out Christmas cards with pictures of the dog and takes the dog to doggy school and it's got bladder control issues, so she has to get up with it twice a night to let it out and it's on Vicodin.

And she says to me that KIDS are alot of work!

And I'm like 'Um, yeah, I don't do NEARLY as much work caring for my two children as you do caring for your dog'

BY the way, I hate that dog.

For Christmas every year I offer to shoot it for her.

She acts all offended, but she knows she has a horrible dog.

Dumb as a box of rocks.

A girl I worked with had a birthday party for her dog. She showed me the photos. She invited all her friend's dogs to the party and made doggy treat birthday cake for the dog. She even showed me the card her dog got from another dog sign with a paw print from the other dog.

I've gotten a few jokes about how if reincarnation really does exist, they want to come back as my spoiled Chihuahua's.

I love my furry ferret daughter, I treat her as my child. With what I had to go through to keep her alive I became so emotionally attached to her.

When I have had a bad day, Clem can snuggle up to me, steal my sock (yes she only steals one off my foot), or have her happy ferret war dance for me to come and play along with her, and make me smile, just as my son(human) does.

I'm not going to go as far as saying I love her just as much as my son, that would be impossible. However I love her very much and spoil her to death.

That is sad that we treat our pets better then the homeless. I didn't think about that. (But then again I try and do all I can for the homeless as well).
