We call back the internet number (the one found on the internet)

I am talking and they say my computer is down you have to call back

She says we dont service that area I can't help you anyway you have to call the local adress cause your house number isn't in the system

then why was your number listed on the comcast webstie?

I have already been quoted a package and been on the phone for 20 min

The 800 number sucks. I had to hang up and call a local center for that area not just Michigan...this is sooo fucked up

The local number will work I hope...

I even got a confirmation number but am going in circles

Ok instead of just looking up the adress and seeing if someone else on that street has comcast yet they have to send someone out to see if they service the area...after one person said they didn't and 3 said they did.
