Deciphering Vanity Plates

I'm always looking at vanity plates while driving, and usually I'm in the middle of a conversation with people and all of a sudden I see..

And I say .. "Way Too Cold" and they're like.. what? It's 90 degrees out, it's not cold. I'm like.. uhh .. vanity plate.. *points*

I saw a plate yesturday with 4 som on it...I drive up next too...and its some older uptight looking preppy lady...we laughed our asses off...she was prob off to a swinger party...you just can't tell about some people.

private plates are extortionate here. i work for the vehicle liscencing agency, and after last months pay having £590 taken out in deductions, and i still have a £120 road tax bill to be payed to my employer (thankfully my main vehicle is £35, but my friend is paying £400 next year)

i really really want to avoid paying any more money to my employer having seen the stupid shit the spend it on, and neglect spending money on areas like A SINGLE POINT OF FAILURE needing desperate maintenance as it was damaged by builders working on prettying up the place. the water leaks ahve broken the integrity of the climate controlled archive room, and theres a fungus rampantly eating away the stored microfilm.
