What is your favorite candy of all time?

Mine is the now-elusive "Sky Bar," and I quote from the Necco website:

"..a molded chocolate bar, having four distinctly-different centers, enrobed in chocolate.

The four distinct flavors are fudge, caramel, peanut and vanilla nougat."

I absolutely CRAVE these things, and they are getting harder and harder to find!

Have you ever tried the "Pumpkin Spice" truffles that Godiva has every fall? These are one of my fave candies, as well!

I also love Ferrero Rocher bonbons, Peanut Roca, and Droste Smooth Milk Chocolate Pastilles.

I would, Black Jack, but I seem to have lost my candy thermometer.

It's really not difficult, just boil sugar and water (and a drop of flavoring, if you like) to a temperature of 125 degrees, pour the solution into a heat-safe container, then drape a piece of cotton twine that has been soaked in water over the edge and into it. Cover the container, and put it in an undisturbed place for a few days. Easy peasy.
