Black Jack (1) Posted August 24, 2008 Posted August 24, 2008 Ok so I don't buy alot of games big deal but the ones I did buy made time fly. So here goes if you play pc games a lot has notice Diablo/ 2 both of which wasn't the field in which I was looking till after a couple of videos and a demo I stumble on the Phantasy Star Online since my pc was outdated this lead me to other means of playing and since is a multi platform game I bought a Xbox for Episode I and II. Don't get me wrong I am not advertising for this company an any matter, but if your looking for a gamin community in which you can be happy with self growth (characters) while learning the very meaning of the word conceited. As time transpired more physical expectation began to catch my attention this had me bouncing from one fighting game to the next unsatisfied with the reluctant oppression of others made me realize fighting alone isn't so bad with lead me to fighting as a whole. Most adventure or Role Playing games possessed this and more but did they have the medieval qualities I required. Third Person or Side Scrolling games all have Physical Control of the Characters so to did the game I have come to play over prolonged periods of time know as "Monster Hunter" for the Playstation 2. Online play died last year which had me furious with capcom online capabilities. Due to the factor of enjoyment you do not need to know how to play this game to have fun and win a few batters her or there. All things said and done this was a total of eight years with only two games purchased. I am not THAT frugal but talk about a good investment. If any of the games mention is your preference then by all means have at it.
Scales Posted August 24, 2008 Posted August 24, 2008 Diablo 2 is a pretty good game, hopefully D3 will improve on the online play, stop rushing, and not have any hard to see places like D2's Act 3.
SaGa Posted August 24, 2008 Posted August 24, 2008 meh, i have not purchesed a game in like 3 years. starcraft 2 will be the next one
SaGa Posted August 24, 2008 Posted August 24, 2008 quake3 for the fps, sorry but quake3 had the best mix of speed and weapons. and had a arcade feel to it that made it very fun and starcraft for rts. to huge of fanbase to ignore, and they didnt just replicate each race, dawn of war whould be my second pick. i dont even want to touch supreme commander, from the screenies it looks like total annhilation on crack. to much micro management for some korean to master and kick everyones ass and diablo 2 because well it rocks your socks off aside from that i used to play a lot of linear rpgs, the square-enix type of style. the genre is dieing out a bit as the greats have set the best stories so we get copies of the archtypes
Black Jack (1) Posted August 27, 2008 Author Posted August 27, 2008 Any pc better then mine can handle some of the games listed here. free to play
Enishi Posted August 27, 2008 Posted August 27, 2008 I used to play games like mad, but not anymore. They just eat up to much time, RPGs especially. I'll probably get Silent Hill 5 and Resident Evil 5 when they come out though. Another sort of obscure game I played several months ago is Shadow of the Colossus for the PS2, VERY good game that one...
