I am okay. Just taking baby steps. I go to the heart doctor tomorrow. Part of my problem is the new medicine, plus the Excedrin. My big stress is seeing my daddy in pain. I have always been close with my daddy. He is one of my best friend. I made plans to be a caregiver. I just never made plans for the emotional part of care giving. I just have to remind myself, that worry is not going to help.
