I feel like I'm slowly losing it today..

Back in mid July my brother and I went through something EXTREMELY traumatizing to the both of us and it completely turned ours life's upside down. We both are emotionally fucked over this right now and I, myself, suffer from PTSD and I'm almost certain he does as well, though he won't admit to it.

I now know why I haven't slept that much in over a month, why my anxiety is at it's worst right now and why I've been having these horrible flashbacks a million times a day.

So I guess I feel some relief knowing what's been going on with me and that there's something I can do about it but until then I still feel like it will never end.

Oh...just to clarify...when I said normal...I meant that, there was a something that gave me anxiety (very excited, & slightly worried)...well, I did not have a horrid panic attack...see, I get quite carried away with 'running scenarios', & work myself into a panic attack...

...I did not do anything drastic, like chop off me locks, or anything...

I Can't sleep really worried. My rather close aunt in the hospital, her kidneys failed and her liver too. I only got what grandparents could tell me because, she lives 2 hours away, but I guess the only chance is a heart transplant. I'm sure about the details. She just beat breast cancer 2 years ago.

Irritated sitting here waiting for my Zune to finish charging so I can go get on the lawn mower and spend the next 6 hours mowing the lawn, so my mom doesn't have to. I've been very worried about her, she's having major back pains and the doctor can't figure out why so she got put in physical therapy...she goes 3 days a week and comes home in massive pain.
