michigain works has like 2000 jobs available and like 170000 aplicants and they rarly hire

Primarily because of the quality of a majotity the applicants. There ARE jobs to be found in Michigan, but many people don't qualify, or are unwilling to do the leg work to find/get them. Michigan Works! is a valuable resource for somebody just getting into the job market. They (and a friend) helped me put together my first resume, which helped get me the job here at the hotel. (a cakewalk of a job if you have decent customer service skills)
