Guy eats them on Ritz crackers with salt.

He says they're the best ever.

Guy says to get the ones in oil, and it's not the oil that makes them fat, it's the skin.

If you want a lower fat sardine, Kroger's boneless skinless sardine is lower fat.

I think they're the grossest gross that has ever grossed.
