2 roomates needed

Some issues of the bills has come and the fear of losing the house has occured. To make a long story short, I need 2 roomates to help save the the house.

I have 1 decent bedroom and a room I created between the kitchen and the laundry room. So that makes it 2 rooms available and privacy guaranteed. The rent would be 300$ a month per person with no utilities included.

Heres a few simple rules: Have to be clean, always clean up after yourself, need to be trustworthy (which means I dont have to worry about you stealing, also always keeping up on the rent), cant be allergic to cats because I have a cat here.

Ya judging from your line of work I can see why you'd be more worry of the trusting situation. Which is why I wont just let anyone move in if ya know what I mean.
