Mid-range quality webcam with decent features under $40?

Does anyone know at which store I should be looking for a moderately-equipped webcam, priced under forty dollars? So far, I've checked out Wal-Mart, Meijer, K-Mart, Circuit City, Best Buy, CompUSA, ABC Warehouse, Office Max, and Craigslist.

I found one I really like on the Wal-Mart site ( http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=8282312 ), with a wireless Bluetooth headset, but it's only currently available online-- and I would like to have a new one today, if possible!

Does anyone know of another store I haven't searched, where I could find one similar to this? Or, does anyone close-by have a secondhand GOOD cam with software and a headset for sale, priced within my budget? Thanks, peeps.

Well, I went up to WallyWorld, and bought a new webcam. I ended up getting a Phillips Model No. SPC110NC, for $19.88.

NOW, I am having troubles getting it to even show a picture on YIM!!! My computer says the hardware is installed and ready to use, but I get nothing but a black screen.

I've never had this problem before with a cam, and I've had many. Does anyone have any good suggestions as to how to get this thing working?

Well, I've figured out it's not Windows, as I can view through the cam and snap pictures through my Cameras and Video Devices option. It's something to do with Yahoo not reading it. Hmmmm...

Do you have the latest version of Yahoo? I'm assuming you've gone through their help files, etc to see what might be the problem? Also remember that you can typically only have ONE application using the camera at a time. If you had the Windows software accessing it and still open, Yahoo might not have been able to use it until you quit the other one.

I've tried EVERYTHING everyone and every SITE has suggested, and still..NO DICE!

This cam says right on the box it's compatible with YIM, so I'm getting really aggravated!!!!!!

Ever try MicroCenter? Love that place, it's in Troy/Madison Heights, they have some really good stuff, and very reasonably priced.

Update:

I got the webcam up and running!! I had to update my ActiveX controls, and download another driver from the Philips site. I feel like a goober, now-- as those are the first things I should have tried!
