I love them! I think they are fantastic. One I really am wanting to see is Ilsa... but im having trouble finding the box set for a good price. what about the DGN people, into exploitation or no?

<<is an absolute B-movie fanatic!!!

I think it's funny how Ilsa always dies at the end of her movies (usually getting her just desserts from her torture victims), yet is always miraculously resurrected in the next movie for another lifetime of sadistic hedonism..

I'll post the links to a number of good exploitation flicks and clips I've come across on YouTube and the free movie sites, as I find them. :)

I mostly just want to find the Ilsa boxset for a good price, I can find the majority of the stuff I want through IMDB forums and what not but Ilsa is giving me a hard time...lol.

My fave is from the Blaxploitation subgenre: Come Back, Charleston Blue. I saw it in Mexico when I was a kid; tres trippy watching a movie in English with Spanish subtitles running.

Blaxsploitation doesnt do much for me....

"Endless Orgy For The Goddess Of Perversion"

This is a pretty good documentary; a combination of clips from old grindhouse sexploitation movies and Spinal Tap-esque farcical narrations. I absolutely must find a few of the movies featured in this one!!

Me too... I'd rather watch a really rank B-movie than an Oscar winner any day. I am particularly prone to absurd stuff like Horror of Party Beach... biker flicks like Hell's Angels '69 (which features Sonny Barger and the actual Oakland chapter) and Satan's Sadists...

Then there are the rare gems which are usually relegated to the exploitation category... but really don't belong there... like Freaks and Superfly.

I found a lot of great exploitation movie links by cruising profiles of people on the friend list for the "stop the Rocky Horror remake" Myspace page.

I could really care less about the Rocky Horror remake as I hate the original with a passion...

Freaks is actually available on Google Video. It was most educational to see alive on film what I only read about in my research. Coincidentally, it's from the era that I want to recreate as a sideshow performer.

Freaks is an incredible film... even more so when you realize how Todd Browning gambled his career on it... and lost. But I am fascinated by those old sideshow "prodigies" anyway... poor Tokagemaru had to sit thru the whole movie listening to me tell the life story of everyone in it.
