So, I'm looking for roommates... 2-3 of them to fill out this house, which has 6-7 spacious bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 kitchens, a cool basement and an attic. Naturally, the attic needs work and the basement will be turned into a private club.

I'm kind of hoping to make it a gothic paradise in the middle of Detroit.

It's located near Warren, Van Dyke and Gratiot. City Club is 4.5 miles away. Mephisto's is 4 miles away. Buses run through this area 24/7. Eastern Market is a mere 2 miles away.
