BIRTHDAY HELP?!

So, TONIGHT is my birthday...and I want something to do. I'm gonna go out bowling with family in early evening, but I want something more along the lines of a party atmosphere to do afterwards..

The only issue is, I still haven't replaced my ID [lack of funds + had to replace birth certificate, which I was just able to get done yesterday]. (we had a fire about a month back)

I NEED somewhere kickass to go tonight, it's my 19th birthday so last of the teen years AND I haven't even had a cake on my birthday in like 3 years, and it's been about 4 or 5 years since I really celebrated..SO what is there to do tonight that I can actually get into? =/

Any help will be veryyyy much appreciated, and i'll give you cookies!
