I adore beauty marks around mouths. I used to have a Monroe piercing to compensate for the lack of beauty marks on my face.

Also, finding beauty marks on someone's back is very sexy.

I have a sequence of beauty marks on my arm that look like the big dipper

I have a naturally occuring Monroe...but it's not on my face.

Always makes for an interesting conversation piece when I'm about to do it with someone for the first time. It's literally a perfectly, almost seemingly strategically, placed Monroe, just on the wrong part of my body .
