Me too...I am too busy making my zombie costume for Sunday to make a new costume for Saturday, so I think I'm just going to wear my nurse costume - many DGNers have seen it before at City. My actual planned Halloween costume is like half done, but it won't be done for Halloween I think at this point, since I have something planned about half the days between here and there, and only about 12 hours a week of possible sewing time even in the best circumstances (and of these several have turned into events, like the Cure party and the Damned party...), so it just probably won't happen. I'll just have to use it as another regular City outfit. Because next I have to plan Exotica outfits, which I also want to sew something for... XD Too much sewing....

I expect some hot clown action tomorrow night. OK, not really, but I am looking forward to this event. I've had too much stress this week with budget meetings concerning budget cuts at work. Blah. Bonfires, live music, costumes, circus performers, and cheap beer all sound great right about now.

If you go early (around 7-8 pm), not many people are there, and there's not a lot of activity. I'm planning on going around 10-ish tonight.

I had a great time at TB last night. I did see a few DGNers there too. First of all, I finally met Mean Salley in person. I ran into TheOsakaKoneko and her charming date. Tszura and Nightgaunt looked fabulous in their costumes. I also saw SnowandLightening, who never posts on the board.

I saw a lot of amazing costumes. Contrary to rumor, there were not many clowns there at all. The music was fun, though I was partial to the techno side of the party. I drank my share of the endless beer. Overall, it was a fun night.

From the performance artists, to the musical acts, to the flesh pulls.......what a glorious time was had by all. We saw a ton of awesome costumes, and everyone was very nice......oh, except for one a-hole who got mad at everyone else that HE dropped his beer mug~what a wang! lol

We saw Greyhalo and her sister~a couple of hot momma's, yes you were!!! And we saw MeanSally, who looked excellent! Yay!! OsakaKoneko and her BF were there too........Sexy and Cute!! Also saw some other friends not on DGN yet, but I'm working on it!!

This is an absolute MUST event for next year, so start saving up now. I know the cost is a bit high for an event around here, but it's completely worth it!

Damn not much 'aftermath' posting for this event!

Anyone know where to find info on the performers from the event? I personally was completely taken in by Roxy and am completely in love with her. Funny how I think really good burlesque like that always impresses the girls more than the buys - they don't seem to care as long as the girl gets naked, and we're all like "WoW Girls can do that??!?!?! Why can't I do that?!?!?" hahha... No seriously she was amazing. I was in a perpetual state of O.O Droooool....

Also, Cult of the Psychic Fetus fucking kicked ASS. I felt really bad for them though, when those horrible cavebitches from the previous horrible band climbed up on stage and for some reason everyone in the audience was watching the talentless drunk girls rather than the really fucking cool band. I for one was watching the band. Because they rocked.

I had positive feelings about many of the other acts as well, and negative about one or two others, and didn't even realize Noir had a show (DAMMIT) and didn't even find the 2nd bonfire until like 4am. Haha. It was still an amazing time. Too goddamn fucking cold though - next year I must make a fur dress, even if people therefore think I am a furry, which I am not. Because it was cold.

Check out the Theatre Bizarre MySpace page. The performers should all be listed there. They expanded the party since I had last been there. You're right, it was cold. I dressed warm, but I still made good friends with the bonfires. I loved all of the old circus memorabilia. The mermaid bones were fascinating.

Oh I loved those. And the haunted house was flippin amazing. I wanted to live there. Decorating ideas!!!
