I live about 3 blocks from the Detroit Zoo... the place is a very nice townhouse and has 2 floors and a basement. My current roommate is leaving for Germany permanently this week and I need someone to help cover the cost.

1 Bathroom

Very well up kept

All appliances are less than a year old

Washer and dryer are in-unit

Applicants:

No smoking in the house

Decently clean

No crazy people (in a bad crazy way)

Reliable source of income

$500 - which includes everything (rent, water, electric, heat, internet, etc)
