Lol I watched a classic the other night called Misery with Cathy Bates. What a sadistic film.

"My Left Eye Sees Ghosts." I loved this movie-- of course, I am partial to Hong Kong flicks. :) This one is funny, scary, and romantic, in a "Beetlejuice meets The Sixth Sense" sort of way. I laughed, jumped out of my skin, and even bawled a couple of times-- and the ending was a complete surprise! My strongest recommendations for this movie, if you are into Asian film (which translates into "reads subtitles well").

I LOVE that movie!

The last one I saw was "Mrs. Parker" with Jennifer Jason Leigh and one of those Baldwin brothers (I get them mixed up...). It's about the writer Dorothy Parker, and it's not very good.

Renaissance... French futuristic film noir, done in this stunning b&w motion-capture animation. Main character is voiced by the new James Bond guy. Pretty damn good, there aren't many movies I can actually sit through but this one kept me engaged the hwole way through.

My hubby and I went to see Death Race at the Navy Base theater. Talk about WOW!!! After the movie was over I told him "There's nothing like a good action movie to drive away the Monday Night Blues" He kinda chuckled at that.
