I'm pretty much gonna stick with what I wrote three years ago:

kid, stewed in spices--I like the meat off the back and shoulders near the spinal cord (especially if served with saffron-infused rice). Oh, and lamb, red wine and wedding cake is the best dinner ever.

And I'm going to add nearly raw filet mignon to the list. And I do mean nearly raw. There's now four steakhouses where I've specifically ordered it "very rare--black and blue" and sent the steak back because it was too done.

venison hands down nothing beets the taste of eating something that you killed. After all the work involved in hunting a big fat steak and taters mmmmmm hard to beat! I am half indian so its in my blood to hunt.

I really love lamb a lot and don't get to eat it enough! I have only had goat a few times but it was delicious and tender. Oh and I do love some good pastrami from a jewish deli.
