How do you make a banner link?

I need help! I'm trying to pimp myself out and I need to make a banner link thingy people can click on and go to my photos.

you need an image file for the banner.

where image location is the address of the banner. for example: http://walt.head-wreck.org/images/gallery/...bars/dgntag.gif for ,

and galley location is the location of the gallery, http://walt.head-wreck.org/images/gallery/...rbars/index.php

forums use:

[ url=gallery location ][ img ]image location[ /img ][ /url ]

(please note: to display this code on here i've had to add spaces after the initial [ and prior to each ]

I followed the html one and put it up on myspace. When I clicked it, it went to the image of the banner location

If I didn't live so far, I know a few people I could coerce into doing it for me.

When I copy the code, I get the banner image, when I click on it, it opens a new page, but it is blank. When I click on the one in your test thingy, it works fine. See, technology doesn't like me.

that is bizare. tried it on my myspace and i get a similar effect....

ah. myspace likes to mutate the links....
